10月13日，国际教育学院副院长赵文带领国际学生辅导员走进国际学生公寓，与同学们面对面交流，了解近期学习和生活情况，并检查宿舍环境及安全设施，进一步做好住宿管理与关心关爱工作。
On October 13, Zhao Wen, Vice Dean of the College of International Education, led international student coordinators on a visit to the international student apartments. Through face-to-face conversations, the team learned about students’ recent studies and daily lives and checked dormitory conditions and safety facilities to strengthen accommodation management and student support.
走访中，赵文副院长和辅导员们认真查看各宿舍的卫生状况与居住条件，围绕课程学习、日常起居和作息安排与同学们交流，倾听大家在校园生活中遇到的困难及实际需求，帮助回应和解决相关问题。
During the visit, Zhao Wen and the coordinators carefully checked cleanliness and living conditions in the dormitories. They spoke with students about their coursework, daily routines and schedules, listened to the difficulties and practical needs they encountered on campus, and helped address the issues raised.
在关注同学们学习生活的同时，走访队伍结合宿舍检查情况，就住宿安全、规律作息和卫生维护等事项作出提醒，鼓励大家增强安全意识，自觉遵守宿舍管理要求，共同营造整洁有序的居住环境。
Alongside their conversations with students, the team offered reminders based on the dormitory checks, covering accommodation safety, regular daily routines and cleanliness. Students were encouraged to stay alert to safety, follow dormitory rules and work together to maintain a clean and orderly living environment.
此次公寓走访加强了学院与国际学生之间的沟通，也让同学们感受到来自学院的关心与支持。国际教育学院将继续把日常服务保障与人文关怀落到实处，及时关注国际学生的学习生活需求，为大家在校学习和生活提供更加安全、舒适、温馨的环境。
The visit strengthened communication between the College and its international students and conveyed the College’s care and support. The College of International Education will continue to provide practical services and personal support, respond to students’ academic and daily living needs, and help create a safer, more comfortable and welcoming environment for their studies and life on campus.
