2026年10月12日，哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院与汇川技术联合举办国际学生就业实习基地揭牌仪式，同步开展企业专场宣讲会。校企双方代表、学院教师代表及来自多个国家的国际学生共同参加本次活动。
On October 12, 2026, the College of International Education, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Inovance jointly held the unveiling ceremony of the International Student Employment and Internship Base, followed by a special corporate presentation. Representatives from both the university and the enterprise, faculty members of the College, and international students from multiple countries attended the event.
仪式上，国际教育学院副院长赵文对汇川技术一行表示欢迎。她介绍，哈工大国际教育学院长期致力于来华留学生实践育人工作，持续推进“访企拓岗”，本次就业实习基地落地，是学院搭建国际学生实践平台、打通实习就业通道的重要举措。基地将依托汇川技术产业资源，为国际学生提供实习岗位、项目实践、职业指导，帮助留学生深入了解中国智能制造产业，提升工程实践能力与跨文化就业竞争力，助力国际学生成长为兼具专业能力与全球视野的复合型人才。
At the ceremony, Vice Dean Zhao Wen of the College of International Education extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Inovance. She stated that the College of International Education of HIT has long been committed to practical education for international students in China and continuously advanced the initiative of visiting enterprises to expand employment opportunities. The launch of this employment and internship base marks an important measure for the school to build a practical platform for international students and open up pathways for internships and employment. Leveraging the industrial resources of Inovance , the base will offer international students internship positions, project practice and career guidance. It will help international students gain an in-depth understanding of China’s intelligent manufacturing industry, enhance their engineering capabilities and cross-cultural employability, and support them to grow into interdisciplinary talents with professional expertise and global vision.
汇川技术企业代表介绍了公司发展概况。汇川技术是国内工业自动化领域领军企业，业务覆盖工业自动化、新能源汽车、工业机器人、轨道交通等板块，海外业务布局广泛。企业代表表示，哈工大国际学生专业基础扎实，具备多元文化背景，与企业海外业务人才需求高度契合。基地建成后，企业将择优接收国际学生开展实习实训，优先吸纳优秀国际毕业生入职，实现校企人才双向赋能。
Representatives from Inovance gave an overview of the company’s development. As a leading enterprise in China’s industrial automation sector, Inovance’s business covers industrial automation, new energy vehicles, industrial robots, rail transit and other segments, with an extensive global business layout. The corporate representatives noted that HIT’s international students possess solid professional foundations and diverse cultural backgrounds, which align closely with the company’s talent demands for overseas operations. After the establishment of the base, the enterprise will select qualified international students for internships and practical training, and give priority to recruiting outstanding international graduates, so as to achieve two-way talent empowerment between the university and the enterprise.
此次基地共建，进一步深化哈尔滨工业大学与汇川技术的校企协同育人机制，创新国际学生培养模式。未来双方将持续开展实习实践、招聘宣讲、技术交流等系列合作，搭建来华留学生了解中国产业、投身智能制造领域的桥梁，共同服务制造业国际化发展与国际人才培养。
This joint construction of the base further deepens the industry-university collaborative talent training mechanism between Harbin Institute of Technology and Inovance and innovates the training model for international students. In the future, both sides will carry out a series of cooperation including internships, recruitment presentations and technical exchanges. It builds a bridge for international students in China to learn about China’s industries and engage in the intelligent manufacturing sector, jointly supporting the international development of manufacturing and the cultivation of global talents.
