Hi-Talk Intercultural Communication Club is a non-profit student organization supported by the College of International Education. We bring language learning and cultural experiences together, giving Chinese and international students a friendly place to meet, share ideas and discover the world through one another.

At Coffee Corner, practising a language doesn’t feel like homework—it feels like spending time with friends. From cultural sharing and interactive games to hometown food and everyday stories, you can speak with confidence, meet new people and improve your language skills without even noticing.

International Chinese Language Day
写汉字、穿汉服、玩投壶、绘脸谱……在国际中文日，我们通过互动闯关、传统文化展示和非遗体验等丰富形式，带领国际学生沉浸式感受中华文化的深厚底蕴与独特魅力。
Write Chinese characters, try on Hanfu, play traditional games and paint opera masks. With hands-on activities, cultural displays and intangible cultural heritage experiences, International Chinese Language Day is a fun way to discover the richness and charm of Chinese culture.

Meet Our Teams
办公室｜Club Office
设主任一名、副主任一名，主要负责社团活动策划、活动主持和日常运营协调等工作。
The Club Office has one Chairman of the Department and one Vice Chair of Department.. The team plans and hosts activities and helps keep the club’s daily work running smoothly.
宣传部｜Media and Publicity Department
设部长一名、副部长一名，主要负责活动摄影、视频剪辑、宣传推文撰写及相关宣传工作，记录并展示社团的精彩瞬间。
The Media and Publicity Department has one Chairman of the Department and one Vice Chair of Department. The team takes photos and videos at events, edits videos and creates social media posts to share the best moments from club life.
采购部｜Purchasing Department
设部长一名、副部长一名，主要负责社团活动物资采购、费用登记及财务报销等工作。
Purchasing Department has one Chairman of the Department and one Vice Chair of Department. The team purchases supplies for club activities and takes care of expense records and reimbursements.
后勤部｜Logistics Department
设部长一名、副部长一名，主要负责活动物资整理、场地布置及现场保障等工作。
Logistics Department has one Chairman of the Department and one Vice Chair of Department. The team organizes event supplies, sets up venues and makes sure everything runs smoothly on the day of each activity.

How to Join
第一步：填写报名问卷
请扫描下方二维码填写报名信息。问卷内容包括个人基本信息、语言情况、兴趣特长、意向部门及可参与活动的时间等，预计用时2—3分钟。
Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form
Scan the QR code below and fill out the registration form. We’ll ask for some basic information about your language background, interests, preferred department and general availability. It should only take two to three minutes.
第二步：加入招新群
提交问卷后，请扫描二维码加入Hi-Talk招新微信群。面试安排、活动通知及后续招募信息将在群内发布。
Step 2: Join the Recruitment Group
Once you’ve submitted the form, scan the QR code to join our Hi-Talk recruitment group on WeChat. Interview details, event updates and other recruitment information will all be shared in the group.
