假期将至，根据学校统一安排，现将放假时间及有关要求通知如下：

一、端午节假期放假时间及相关安排
Dragon Boat FestivalTime and Related Arrangements
1.端午节假期时间为2026年6月19日（星期五）至2026年6月21日（星期日），共3天。
The Dragon Boat Festival holiday will be from Friday, June 19, 2026 to Sunday, June 21, 2026, lasting for 3 days.
2.学生6月22日（星期一）正式上课。
The students will officially start classes on Monday, June 22nd.
二、学生放假有关要求
Requirementsabout Winter Vacation
1．注意个人卫生，勤洗手，房间勤通风。
Pay attention to personal health, wash hands frequently, and ventilate the room frequently.
2．严禁在宿舍房间使用超负荷的违规电器，不可在宿舍楼内吸烟。离开住所或宿舍时，注意关好门窗，保存好贵重物品，关闭“水、电、气”，注意防火。
It is prohibited to use overloaded electrical appliances in the dormitory room, and smoking is not allowed in the dormitory building. When leaving the residence or dormitory, please close your doors and windows, keep your valuables, close “water, electricity, gas”, and pay attention to fire prevention.
3．如有外出或离哈计划，请提前与辅导员老师联系报备。
If you have plans to move out of the apartment or leave Harbin, please contact your coordinator in advance.
如学生更换在哈尔滨的住所，请及时办理住宿登记并在辅导员处更新信息，请不要瞒报、漏报。
If you change your residence in Harbin, please register your accommodation in a timely manner and update the information to your coordinator. Please do not conceal or omit any information.
4．外出期间，随时保持手机联络畅通，遇到紧急情况时及时与辅导员联系。关于医疗保险问题，请咨询保险公司相关员工，联系电话：4008105119 (可提供汉语和英语服务)。
During going out, keep your mobile phone contact unblocked at any time and contact your coordinator in case of emergency. For medical insurance, please consult the insurance company at 4008105119 (Chinese and English services are available).
5．严守中国法律，不得非法打工；不涉毒，不吸毒；不进行非法传教及非法宗教聚会等活动；禁止酗酒滋事，禁止打架斗殴。
Please strictly abide by Chinese laws and do not work illegally. Drug abuse and drug involvement are prohibited. Students are prohibited from carrying out illegal missionaries, illegal religious gatherings and other activities. It is forbidden to drink too much to cause trouble and to fight.
6．注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，坚决杜绝无照驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，严格按照《交通法》规定的限速行驶。

7．防止诈骗，不轻易相信陌生人，不给陌生人转账汇款。

8．现在已经离校回国或者去其他城市的学生与学校、老师勤联系、多沟通，密切关注学校最新政策。
