01招募对象Recruitment Targets
哈尔滨工业大学在读国际学生或往届校友
Current international students or alumni of the Harbin Institute of Technology
02选聘条件Selection Criteria
1.遵守中国法律法规和哈尔滨工业大学校纪校规，品行端正，热爱哈工大，热爱招生宣传工作
2.对哈工大概况、学科建设、专业优势等情况有一定的了解
3.具有较强的责任心，严谨的态度，良好的语言表达、沟通和组织能力
4.有一定的自媒体制作，图片、视频处理技能或社交媒体推广能力
5.能够合理规划学习时间
1.Adhere to Chinese laws and regulations and the disciplinary rules of Harbin Institute of Technology, demonstrate good character, and have a passion for Harbin Institute of Technology and promotion activities
2.Have a solid understanding of Harbin Institute of Technology's overview, academic programs, and specialty strengths
3.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a meticulous attitude, excellent verbal communication, and organizational skills
4.Have social media content creation skills, photo and video editing, or social media promotion
5.Be able to manage study time effectively
03主要工作内容（包含但不限于以下内容）
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
1.积极利用自媒体分享我校最近的国际学生招生政策，让更多海外学子认识哈工大、了解哈工大
2.参加国际学生招生办公室组织的各类国际教育项目宣传工作
3.能够在线上、线下进行海外招生宣讲，结合个人经历介绍哈工大的特色和亮点，传递“哈工大声音”、讲好“哈工大故事”
4.积极联络海外院校
制作国际学生招生宣传海报、视频等
1.Actively use social media to share our university's latest international student recruitment policies, allowing more international students to recognize and understand the Harbin Institute of Technology
2.Participate in promoting various international education programs organized by the International Student Admission Office
3.Conduct online and offline overseas recruitment presentations, integrate personal experiences to highlight the features and strengths of the Harbin Institute of Technology, convey the "Harbin Institute of 4.Technology Voice," and tell the "Harbin Institute of Technology Story"
5.Actively connect with overseas educational institutions
6.Create promotional materials such as posters and videos to recruit international students
04申请流程Application Process
第一步：报名
以个人或团队为单位，填写附件中的申请表，在截止日期前提交至指定邮箱
Step One: Registration
Submit the application form found in the attachment as an individual or team to the designated email before the deadline
Registration Deadline:May 21, 2024
第二步：选拔（5.22-5.24）
国际学生招生办公室依据报名材料确定初步入选人员名单，组织面试，面试安排将通过邮件或微信单独通知
Step Two: Selection（May 21-24)
The International Student Admission Office will review the application materials to create a preliminary shortlist of candidates and organize interviews. Interview arrangements will be notified via email or WeChat
第三步：培训（5.27-5.31）
国际学生招生办公室将对“哈尔滨工业大学国际学生招生宣传大使”提供线上或线下的培训，并提供宣传指南、招生简章等材料，以及宣讲和洽谈指导
Step Three: Training(May 27-31)
The International Student Admission Office will provide online or offline training for the "HIT International Student Ambassador" along with guidelines for promotion, recruitment brochures, and guidance on presentations and negotiations
第四步：开展招生宣传工作
Step Four: Start Recruitment Activities
第五步：招生宣传大使将于2024年末进行阶段性宣传成果展示（具体时间待定）
Step Five: Recruitment Ambassadors will present their promotional results at the end of 2024 (specific date to be announced)
第六步：根据实际宣传工作成效，表现突出者将获得“2024年哈工大国际学生招生宣传大使”荣誉证书，并给予相应奖励
Step Six:Outstanding performers will receive the "2024 HIT International Student Ambassador" certificate of honor and corresponding rewards based on the effectiveness of their promotional activities
