为促进中外学生语言能力提升与跨文化交流，人文社科学部联合国际教育学院开展“语汇桥梁”口语互助练习活动，让同学们在互助中沉浸学习，在跨文化交流中收获友谊。
To enhance language proficiency and foster cross-cultural exchange between Chinese and international students, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, in collaboration with College of International Education , is launching the “Language Bridge”Oral Practice Partnership Program.This program allows students to immerse themselves in language learning through mutual assistance while building friendships across cultures.
一、活动形式：
每期聚焦一个语种（英语、俄语、日语、法语轮流进行），邀请该语种母语留学生与中国学生共同参与，每期总人数10人。留学生与中国学生比例约为1:1，每期约各5人。每次练习时长不少于45分钟。
活动内容：每期设定具体讨论主题（如：家乡习俗、学习方法、校园生活、未来规划等），参与者围绕主题进行对话。请参与同学尊重跨文化交际差异，友好交流。
打卡要求：通过哈工大app进行线上会议通话，每次练习后需上传含日期与时长的通话截图作为打卡凭证，管理员将记录打卡情况与有效时长。
参与周期：2026年1月22日—2026年3月7日（寒假全程）。
Ⅰ. Format of the Activity:
Each session focuses on one language (rotating among English, Russian, Japanese, and French). Native-speaking international students and Chinese students are invited to participate, with a total of 10 participants per session. The ratio of international students to Chinese students is approximately 1:1, with about 5 participants from each group per session. Each practice session lasts no less than 45 minutes.
Activity Content: Each session will focus on a specific discussion theme (such as hometown customs, learning methods, campus life, future planning, etc.). Participants will engage in conversation around the given theme. All participating students are kindly requested to respect cross-cultural communication differences and interact in a friendly manner.
Check-in requirement:Online meetings will be conducted via the HIT app. After each practice session, a screenshot showing the date and duration of the call must be uploaded as proof of check-in. Administrators will record check-ins and valid practice time.
Participation period:
January 22, 2026 – March 7, 2026 (throughout the winter break).
二、奖励形式：
活动结束后，根据有效打卡总时长排名评选奖项：
一等奖（1名）：打卡天数第1名
二等奖（2名）：打卡天数第2、3名
三等奖（2名）：打卡天数第4、5名
注：如遇天数相同情况，优先考虑打卡时长更多者；若仍相同，则并列获奖。
Ⅱ.Rewards:
After the activity concludes, awards will be given based on the ranking of total valid check-in duration:
First Prize (1 winner): The highest number of check-in days
Second Prize (2 winners): The 2nd and 3rd highest check-in days
Third Prize (2 winners): The 4th and 5th highest check-in days
Note: In case of a tie in the number of check-in days, priority will be given to the group with longer total practice time. If still tied, the groups will share the award.
