一、论坛简介
I. Forum Introduction
当前全球教育发展面临资源分配不均、机会差异显著等问题，教育公平成为推动社会可持续发展、实现人类共同进步的核心议题。青年一代既是教育公平的直接体验者，也是推动教育变革的核心行动力。本次圆桌论坛搭建跨文化对话平台，邀请全球青年围绕教育公平的多元实现路径，分享各国教育政策对不同群体的影响，探讨青年在推动教育资源均衡、倡导教育机会平等中的创新实践。我们相信，跨越地域与文化的青年对话，将为全球教育公平发展注入新活力，让青年智慧成为构建公平教育体系的重要力量。
At present, the development of global education is facing problems such as uneven distribution of resources and significant opportunity gaps. Educational equity has become a core issue for promoting sustainable social development and achieving common human progress. The younger generation is both the direct beneficiaries of educational equity and the core driving force for promoting educational reform. This round-table forum builds a cross-cultural dialogue platform, inviting global youth to focus on the diverse realization paths of educational equity, share the impact of national education policies on different groups, and explore innovative practices of youth in promoting the balance of educational resources and advocating equal educational opportunities. We believe that youth dialogue across regions and cultures will inject new vitality into the development of global educational equity, making young people's wisdom an important force in building an equitable education system.

六、论坛形式设计
VI. Forum Format Design
1. 圆桌形式
1. Round-table Format
每组约6–8名来自不同国家与专业的学生（语言分中英文）。每组总时长约60分钟。
Each group consists of approximately 6–8 students from different countries and majors.Each group session lasts about 60 minutes total.
同时每个圆桌配备1名新闻官。负责在讨论过程中进行实时摄影与文字记录；捕捉精彩语句与对立观点；讨论结束后30分钟内，现场完成一篇100–150词中/英新闻稿（含现场照片）。优秀新闻稿将在公众号或今日哈工大上发布，展示不同圆桌的讨论成果与氛围。
Each round-table is assigned 1 Press Officerresponsible for: real-time photography and note-taking during the discussion; capturing highlights and opposing viewpoints; writing a 100–150 word Chinese/English news report (including photos) on-site within 30 minutes after the discussion ends.Excellent reports will be published on the official We-Chat account or on today.hit.edu.cn, showcasing the discussion results and atmosphere of different round-tables.
2.比赛内容
2. Competition Content
第一环节:围绕“教育公平如何影响我们的成长和发展”进行分享讨论。
第二环节:扮演不同角色进行讨论对话。（本土乡村中学学生、城市重点中学学生、在线教育平台从业者、教育公益项目志愿者、海外普通中学学生等）
第三环节:基于上述讨论，以“青年力量推动教育公平”为主题进行海报制作。
Round 1: Share and discuss “How does educational equity affect our growth and development”.
Round 2: Engage in discussions by assuming different roles (e.g., students from rural middle schools in China, students from key urban middle schools, online education platform practitioners, education public welfare project volunteers, students from ordinary overseas middle schools).
Round 3: Based on the discussions above, collaboratively create posters themed “Youth Power Promotes Educational Equity”.

4.个人奖项设计
4. Individual Award Design
（1）由各圆桌主持人评选优秀个人，评分标准如上所示。
(1)Selected as outstanding individuals by each round table host. Scoring criteria is as shown above.
（2）由贴纸数量评选优秀海报，海报要求与标准详见报名通知。
(2) The outstanding posters will be selected based on sticker count. For detailed poster requirements and criteria, please refer to the registration notice.
（3）所有参与成员均可获得活动纪念证书。
(3) All participating team members will receive commemorative certificates.

本次活动以个人为单位报名，赛事组委会将视报名人数随机分配讨论小组。

This event requires individual registration. The event committee will randomly assign discussion groups based on the number of registrants.
