The College of International Education cordially invites Chinese and international students from all over the university to join hands in the 6th International Cultural Carnival of Harbin Institute of Technology. Program Requirements
1. Participants: Open to all Chinese and international students, student clubs, and art groups.
2. Content: Performances shall be positive, healthy and civilized, showcasing the diversity, integration, and innovative expression of Chinese and international cultures.
3. Format: All forms of performances are welcome with a duration of 3-5 minutes, and the stage presentation shall be complete and easy to implement on site.
Program Categories
1. Singing: Solo, chorus, group singing, etc.
2. Band Performances: Rock, folk, pop, instrumental ensemble, etc.
3. Dance: Folk dance, modern dance, street dance, classical dance, ballroom dance, etc. (can show multi-cultural dance moves)
4. Others: Instrumental performance, opera, rap, magic, talk show, intangible cultural heritage show, etc.

Please complete online registration before the deadline and accurately submit information such as program type, program name, program duration, number of performers, performers’ names, and contact details.

Additional Notes
1. Program Review Period: April 7-10, 2026. Review results will be announced uniformly via the We Chat notification group. Applicants who fail the review may revise and resubmit their programs.
2. After program approval, specific requirements including rehearsal time, stage dimensions, audio equipment, costumes and props will be notified collectively. Please coordinate with staff in advance if any special props are required.
3. Original programs, joint performances by Chinese and international students, and culture-integrated programs are highly encouraged. Such programs will be prioritized for inclusion in the performance lineup and provided with certain rehearsal guidance and support.
4. All performing participants will receive an official activity certificate of participation and customized souvenirs.
