Dear international students:
The spring semester of 2025 is about to start. The relevant matters of the autumn semester are as follows:
1.Students need to register on campus from February 22nd (Saturday) to February 24th(Sunday). The class(for bachelor, master and PhD students) will officially start on February 24th (Monday). Preparatory students and Chinese language students will participate in the class placement test and officially start classes on February 25th (Tuesday).
2.Students who are not in China after leaving school during the winter vacation should purchase their flight tickets in a timely manner and provide feedback on their return itinerary and flight information to their coordinator. The return time should not be later than the registration time.
① Registration Process
1.The coordinator will send the electronic version of the registration form to the students in advance.
2. Students are required to bring their original passport and go to the visa teachers office to update and verify their information.
3.After completing the verification of passport information, students are required to submit the completed registration form (accompanied by their personal one-inch or two-inch photo) to their coordinator for registration.
Note: Self-funded students need to confirm with their coordinator whether the tuition fee has been fully paid.
4. After completing registration at the coordinators office, degree students (bachelor, master, doctor) need continue to confirm offline registration with their teaching college.
Note: For new Chinese language students and new preparatory students please register according to the notice from the admission teacher. After completing registration, they need to continue taking the spring semester placement exam.
② Notes
1.All international students who are currently in China are required to purchase corresponding insurance in China. Students need to purchase insurance online by themselves, and the insurance purchase website address is: lxbx.net. Students who are currently in mainland China but have not purchased insurance in China will not be allowed to register.
2. Self funded students are required to complete tuition payment before February 23rd.
