国际教育学院关于2021年暑假的安全提示
亲爱的同学们：
2021年的暑假将至！根据学校统一安排，现将2021年暑假放假时间及有关要求通知如下：
一、放假及线上注册报到时间
1.放假时间：2021年8月1日（星期日）—9月4日（星期六），共计35天；
2.秋季学期线上注册报到时间：2021年9月4日—9月5日（周六、周日）
3.正式上课时间：2021年9月6日（周一）
二、暑假有关要求
1.不前往中高风险地区。如要跨城市出行，需提前3天向主管老师提出申请，获得批准后方可出行；校内住宿学生在市区范围内外出，需在打卡系统进行“出校报备”，最晚23：00返回公寓，不得在校外留宿。外出期间，随时保持手机联络畅通，遇到紧急情况及时与警察和学校联系；关于医疗保险问题，请咨询保险公司相关员工，联系电话：4008105119（可提供汉语和英语服务）；
2.离开住所或宿舍时，注意关好门窗，保存好贵重物品，关闭“水、电、气”，注意防火；
3.不放松防疫措施，不在公寓进行聚会等活动，公共区域戴口罩，注意个人卫生，勤洗手，房间勤通风；
4.严守中国法律，不得非法打工；不涉毒，不吸毒；不在学校内进行传教及宗教聚会等活动；不大声喧哗影响他人，禁止酗酒滋事，禁止打架斗殴；
5.注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，坚决杜绝无照驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，严格按照《交通法》规定的限速行驶；
6.出游时自觉遵守景点、公共场所安全管理规定，服从安全指挥人员管理，防止踩踏和其他意外事故发生；雨季不到山区游玩，不到无安全保障的区域游泳，以免发生意外；
7.注意公共卫生和食品安全，不乱吃小摊的食品，尽量少到人多的地方，防止流感和其他传染病；
8. 防止诈骗，不轻易相信陌生人，不给陌生人转账汇款；
9.若有身体或心理不适，及时与辅导员、班主任、导师或公寓老师沟通。
根据目前的疫情防控形势，中华人民共和国外交部、国际移民管理局3月26日宣布，“鉴于新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围快速蔓延，中方决定自2020年3月28日0时起，暂时停止外国人持目前有效来华签证和居留许可入境”。目前国际学生还不能入境，需要等到中国调整入境措施并公告后才可以。因此，不在中国大陆的同学，由于旅行限制和入境要求还不能入境，下学期继续进行线上注册、线上学习。最后，我们祝愿同学们度过一个平安、充实的假期！

Safety tips for 2021 summer vacation from College of International Education
Dear students,
2021 summer vacation is approaching! According to the unified arrangement of the school, the summer vacation time and relevant requirements of 2021 are hereby notified as follows:
I. Holiday and online registration time
1. Vacation time: August 1, 2021 (Sunday) -- September 4, 2021 (Saturday), a total of 35 days;
2. Online registration time for fall Semester: September 4 -- September 5, 2021 (Saturday and Sunday)
3. Formal Class time: September 6th, 2021 (Monday)
II. Summer Vacation Requirements
1. Do not travel to medium-high risk areas. If you want to travel across cities, you need to apply to the teacher in charge three days in advance, and you can only travel after getting the approval. Students who live on campus are not allowed to live off campus. They are required to check in with the card system and return to the apartment at 23:00 at the latest. When you are out, keep your mobile phone open at any time, and contact the police and the school in case of emergency; For medical insurance, please contact the relevant employees of the insurance company at 4008105119 (Chinese and English services are available).
2. When leaving the residence or dormitory, close the doors and Windows, keep valuables, turn off water, electricity and gas, and pay attention to fire prevention.
3. Do not relax the epidemic prevention measures, do not hold parties or other activities in the apartment, wear masks in public areas, pay attention to personal hygiene, wash hands frequently, and keep the room ventilated;
4. Strictly abide by Chinese laws and do not work illegally; No drugs; Do not carry out missionary and religious activities in the school; Do not make noise to affect others; Drinking and causing trouble are prohibited, and fighting is prohibited;
5. Pay attention to traffic safety, do not ride in illegal operation vehicles, and take care of their own property on the way; Abide by traffic rules consciously, and put an end to illegal behaviors such as driving without license and drunk driving. When driving an electric bike, you must wear a helmet and drive in strict accordance with the speed limit stipulated by the Traffic Law.
6. Abide by the safety management regulations of scenic spots and public places, obey the management of safety commanding personnel, and prevent stampede and other accidents; The rainy season is not in the mountains to play, not to the safety of the area to swim, in order to avoid accidents;
7. Pay attention to public health and food safety, do not eat food from stalls, and try to avoid crowded places to prevent influenza and other infectious diseases;
8. Prevent fraud, do not easily trust strangers, do not transfer money to strangers;
9. In case of physical or psychological discomfort, timely communicate with the counselor, head teacher, tutor or apartment teacher.
In light of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, PRC and the International Immigration Administration announced on March 26 that "in view of the rapid spread of COVID-19 around the world, China has decided to temporarily suspend entry of foreigners holding valid visas and residence permits to China from 00:00 on March 28, 2020". At present, international students are not allowed to enter the country until China adjusts its entry measures and announces it. Therefore, students who are not in mainland China and cannot enter China due to travel restrictions and entry requirements will continue to register and study online next semester.
