2024年的劳动节假期将至，根据学校统一安排，现将2024年劳动节放假时间及有关要求通知如下:
Labour Day holiday in 2024 is approaching. According to the school’s arrangements, the date for the Labour Day holiday in 2024 and the relevant requirements are notified as follows：
一、放假时间及相关安排
Labour Day Holiday and Related Arrangements
2024年5月1日（星期三）至2024年5月5日（星期日）放假调休，共5天，语言生、预科生、本科生和研究生停课。
Our school will be on holiday from May 1st (Thursday) to May 5th (Sunday), 2024, a total of 5 days. All students’ (including language students, preparatory students, undergraduate and graduate) classes will be suspended.
4月28日（星期日）、5月11日（星期六）正常上原第8周（星期日）、第10周（星期六）的课程。
In order to ensure everyone’s course progress, the school has made some adjustments to the holiday schedule. Classes will be held on April 28th (Sunday) and May 11th (Saturday), according to the schedule of the original 8th week (Sunday) and 10th week (Saturday).
二、校车假期运行时间
School Bus Schedule
1.一二校区班车Bus Services From the First to Second Campuses.
5月1日，停运； 5月2日至5月5日按双休日运行，5月6日恢复正常运行。
On May 1st, it will stop running; From May 2nd to May 5th, it will work as weekends and resume normal schedule on May 6th.
2.科学园校园巴士 Science Park Campus Bus
5月1日至5月5日，根据乘车人数灵活调整发车数量，5月6日恢复正常运行。
From May 1st to May 5th, the school bus will be flexibly adjusted based on the number of passengers, and normal operation will resume on May 6th.
三、放假有关要求
Requirements During Labour DayHoliday
1.严禁在宿舍房间使用超负荷的违规电器，不可在宿舍楼内吸烟。离开住所或宿舍时，注意关好门窗，保存好贵重物品，关闭“水、电、气”，注意防火。
It is prohibited to use overloaded and illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory rooms, and smoking is not allowed inside any buildings. When leaving the residence or dormitory, pay attention to closing doors and windows, securing valuables, and turning off water, electricity, and gas to prevent fire hazards.
2.本科生和研究生如有外出或离哈计划，请提前与辅导员老师联系报备，并在学工系统或哈工大APP上同步提交备案。语言生和预科生如有外出或离哈计划，请提前与辅导员老师联系报备，并填写国际学生离校承诺书。
Undergraduate and graduate students who have plans to go out or leave Harbin should contact with their coordinator in advance for reporting, and submit the record on the Student Engineering System https://xgb.hit.edu.cn/ or HIT APP. If language students and preparatory students have plans to go out or leave Harbin, please contact their coordinator in advance to report and fill out the international student departure commitment letter.
3.外出期间，随时保持手机联络畅通，遇到紧急情况时及时与辅导员联系。关于医疗保险问题，请咨询保险公司相关员工，联系电话：4008105119 （可提供汉语和英语服务）。
While you are out, ensure your mobile phone is available for contact at all times and reach out to the coordinator in case of an emergency. For medical insurance, please consult the relevant employees of the insurance company at 4008105119 (Chinese and English services are available).
4.严守中国法律，不得非法打工；不涉毒，不吸毒；不进行非法传教及非法宗教聚会等活动；禁止酗酒滋事，禁止打架斗殴。
Please strictly abide by Chinese laws and do not work illegally. Drug abuse and drug involvement are prohibited. Students are prohibited from carrying out illegal missionaries, illegal religious gatherings and other activities. It is forbidden to drink too much to cause trouble and to fight.
5.注意交通安全，不乘坐非法运营车辆，乘车途中注意保管好自身财物；自觉遵守交通规则，坚决杜绝无照驾驶、酒后驾驶等违法行为；驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，严格按照《交通法》规定的限速行驶。
Please pay attention to traffic safety, do not take illegal vehicles, and take care of your belongings on the way; Consciously abide by traffic rules, and resolutely put an end to unlicensed driving, drunk driving and other illegal acts; When riding an electric bicycle, you must wear a helmet and drive in strict accordance with the speed limit specified in the Traffic Law.
6.防止诈骗，不轻易相信陌生人，不给陌生人转账汇款。
Beware of fraud, do not trust strangers easily, and do not transfer money to strangers.
7.安全上网。增强网络安全意识，合法、合理使用网络资源。不点击陌生链接、不下载陌生程序、不轻易透露个人隐私和身份信息、严防网络诈骗。
Enhance the awareness of network security, legal and rational use of network resources. Do not click on unfamiliar links, do not download unfamiliar programs, do not easily disclose personal privacy and identity information, and strictly prevent network fraud.
